开放贸易下中国农业安全问题研究

An Inquiry into China's Agricultural Security under Open Trade

本文阐述了中国农产品进出口贸易的情况,分析了开放贸易影响我国农业安全的路径,即我国农业管理体制与贸易开放相悖、市场竞争环境发生变化、农产品国际贸易竞争力弱、贸易壁垒增加、农产品贸易条件恶化等,并提出要深化农业管理体制改革,搞好农业宏观调控;加强对我国农业保护的力度;努力提升农产品国际竞争力等对策建议。

The paper expatiates the situation of China＇ s agricultural products import and export trading, analyzes the path of open trade influencing China＇s agricultural security, i.e. agricultural management system being opposite to open trade, changing market competitive climate, weak international competitive competency of agricultural products, increasing trade barriers, deteriorating agricultural products trade conditions etc., and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions, such as deepening the reform of agricultural management system, doing agricultural macrocoordination well, strengthening the force of protecting China＇ s agriculture, striving to enhance the international competitive competency of agricultural products and so on.
