摘要
乐果在香蕉生长过程中经常作为防治害虫的农药而使用,且成为日常果蔬安全检测的重要对象。本研究通过单因子梯度试验,研究香蕉秸秆堆肥过程中的关键影响因子(C/N、温度、含水率、pH及通风方式)对乐果残留降解速率的影响。结果显示,香蕉秸秆堆肥对乐果具有明显的降解作用,利用非线性动力学模型分析影响降解的各单因素得出,在通风方式为机械翻堆下,C/N为35:1,温度为40℃,pH为9.7,含水率为40%时,乐果在香蕉秸秆堆肥过程中达到最佳降解速率,其最小降解半衰期为0.15d(3.6h)。

The results show that, degradation of dimethoate are obvious in banana straw compost, on the ventilation mode of turn over, the best degradation condition of dimethoate is C/N=35:1, 40℃, moisture content:40%, pH=9.7; With Non-linear kinetic model to calculate, the least half-life of dimethoate is 3.6h.
