In this paper, the main functions and specifications of IGBT driver IC 1ED020112-FA,which is based on coreless transformer technology are introduced. It also shows how does this driver IC work in the circuit when driving medium and high power IGBTs. The excellent protection features of 1ED020112-FA are also discussed.
