利用IM技术创新科技信息服务模式

Innovating the pattern of S&T information service by using the Instant Messaging technology

IM(Instant Messaging)是一种以互联网为基础的实时通信方式。湖南省科技信息研究所在科技信息服务过程中,开发了"科信通"平台,将IM技术引用到了科技服务领域,拓展了服务范围,创新了服务模式。文章就IM技术的发展和"科信通"平台的建设与应用进行了重点阐述。

Instant Messaging （IM） is a real-time communication way based on the Internet. During the process of S＆T information service, Hunan S＆T Information Research Institute develops ＂IM for S＆T Information Service＂ platform, it extends the scope of services and innovates the mode of services. This paper highlights the development of IM and the construction and application of ＂IM for S＆T Information Service＂ platform.
