The joint-venture railway structure is one of the key factors that related to the joint venture railway operations. Through introducing the five organizational structures of new school organizational structure and the four organizational structures that existed in joint-venture rail, this article analysis the application of new organizational structure theory on joint-venture railways and hopes to give some help for future development of joint-venture railways＇ operation.
