摘要
对生物工程专业的动物细胞工程实验进行了开放式实验教学模式探讨,通过实验方案设计、方案讨论、实验操作、实验论文报告、实验总结等5个教学环节的实施,达到了较好的教学效果。同时分析了此种教学模式存在的问题与改进措施,以为切实搞好开放实验教学活动提供参考。
The opening experiment teaching mode in animal cell engineering experiment of bioengineering specialty was discussed in this paper.Five teaching links such as experiment project design,project discussion,experiment operation,experiment report and experiment summary were actualized.The teaching effect was turned out fine.While,existing problems and improvement measures about this teaching mode were pointed out to provide reference for better opening experiment teaching.
