摘要
基于PE/PP皮芯结构双组分纺粘技术,保持芯层PP原材料不变,皮层分别使用三种不同熔融指数的PE原材料,制取三种PE/PP双组分纺粘非织造布,通过对其性能的测试,探讨了皮芯结构PE/PP双组分纺粘非织造布中皮层PE原材料对产品物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,PE/PP双组分非织造布的纵横向强力随着PE熔融指数的升高而降低,而伸长率则随着PE熔融指数的升高而增大。
Based on the technology of the PE/PP sheath-core structure bi-component spunbond, keeping polypropylene as the raw material in the core, three kinds of polyethylene with different melting index being used respectively in order, by comparison between the property test of three types of products and the property test of the raw materials, the effect of the polyethylene raw materials in the sheathcore structure the physical properties of PE/PP bi-component spunbond nonwovens was disecused. The research result shows that the MD and CD strength of the PE/PP bicomponent nonwovens decreases with the increase of the PE MI, and its elongation increases with the increase of the PE MI.
