摘要
试验以石英砂为主要原料,α-Al2O3微粉为烧结剂,硼酸为助烧剂,按3~2mm、1~0mm、<0.074mm的颗粒级配进行配比,干式捣打成型,并在1550℃×4h烧成。通过改变α-Al2O3微粉和硼酸加入量,测试和比较了α-Al2O3微粉和硼酸加入量对试样烧后性能的影响。结果表明:α-Al2O3微粉的合适加入量为4%~5%,硼酸的合适加入量为1%。
In the experiment, quartz was used as main raw materials, α-Al2O3 powder as main sintering promoter, and boric acid as second slntering promoter. The greatest size of aggregate was 3mm, and the specimens were prepared by dry ramming with graduation: 3 ~2nun; 1 ~0mm, 〈0. 074mm. After molding samples, the samples were sintered at 1550℃ for 4 hours. Investigated and tested prop- erties of the samples with the different addition α-Al2O3 powder and boric acid by sintering at 1550℃ for 4 hours. The experiment shows that the appropriate addition of α-Al2O3 powder is 4% - 5%. The appropriate addition of boric acid is 1%.
