主动脉夹层的神经系统并发症较为常见,甚至以其为首要临床表现者亦不少见,临床上必须警惕以避免误诊。主动脉夹层围手术期神经系统并发症与多种因素相关,其确切机制尚未完全明确,预防措施有限,对预后的影响也存在争议,因此有待进一步深入研究。

The incidence of neurological complications in aortic dissection is quite high.It is not uncommon for aortic dissection to occur without significant pain,and only present neurological symptoms.In these instances misdiagnosis is common.The mechanisms of perioperative neurological complications in aortic dissections are likely multifactorial and are poorly defined.Preventive measures for aortic dissection and aortic dissection with neurological symptoms are limited.There are also still disputes on peri and post operative prognostic indicators.The extent of the unknowns related to aortic dissection indicates that further research is required to understand the etiology and treatment of aortic dissection.
