摘要
采用组织工程技术和生物材料对受损心肌进行修复为心肌梗死治疗开辟了新的途径,现就生物材料联合生物活性分子、干细胞移植在原位构建工程化心肌组织中的应用以及这种治疗方法在充分发挥其临床潜能前仍需克服的科研和临床困难进行综述。
The use of tissue engineering technology and biomaterials to repair damaged myocardium has opened up new avenues for the treatment of myocardial infarction.Biomaterials,combined with bioactive molecules and stem cell transplantation,are widely used in in situ myocardial tissue engineering.However,there are still many problems that need to be resolved before this treatment is used in the clinic.Progress made in the use of biomaterials to treat damaged myocardium is summarized in this article.
