摘要
目的探讨加味逍遥汤颗粒对小鼠抑郁模型的作用。方法采用小鼠强迫游泳、小鼠悬尾应激、小鼠开野行为等抑郁模型,观察加味逍遥汤颗粒对小鼠的抗抑郁作用;比较加味逍遥汤颗粒和氯米帕明对小鼠的抗抑郁作用。结果对小鼠强迫游泳累加不动时间有明显缩短作用(P<0.05),加味逍遥汤颗粒高剂量组与氯米帕明作用相近(P>0.05);加味逍遥汤颗粒对小鼠悬尾累加不动时间有明显缩短作用(P<0.01),加味逍遥汤颗粒高剂量组与氯米帕明作用相近(P>0.05);对小鼠开野行为无明显影响。结论加味逍遥汤颗粒对小鼠有明显抗抑郁作用,无明显中枢兴奋或抑制作用。
Objective To study the mechanism of antidepressant by Xiaoyao soup flavored particles in mice. Methods Applied forced mouse swimming, stress in mice tail suspension, and mice open field behavior of depression model, observed flavored soup granules Xiaoyao antidepressant effect in mice; and compared the role of antidepressants Xiaoyao flavored soup of particles and clomipramine in mice. Results Accumulative immobility time of mice forced swimming was significantly shortened (P 〈 0. 05), effect in flavored soup granules Xiaoyao of high-dose group was similar with that in clomipramine (P 〉 0. 05) ; accumulative immobility time on the tail suspension mice was significantly reduced (P 〈 0. 01 ) by flavored soup Xiaoyao particles, high-dose group of flavored soup granules Xiaoyao were of the similar influences with clomipramine ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . However there were no significant effect in open field behavior of mice (P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion The modified decoction Xiaoyao particles on antedepressants have an important effect in mice, with no distinct inhibition of the central or excitation.
