骨科从业护士职业安全防护现状调查分析

目的研究骨科护士的职业防护现状,为临床上改进骨科护士的安全防护工作提供理论依据。方法采用问卷对我院骨科23名护士进行调查,并对影响护士职业防护的原因及护士职业防护知识的来源进行探讨。结果骨科护士职业防护意识较高(防护知识知晓率达90%以上者21人占91.30%),而防护行为稍差(防护行为达90%以上者19人占82.61%);影响职业防护的原因分为个人主观和客观两方面;而骨科护士的职业防护仍缺乏系统性。结论应加强对骨科护士的系统的职业防护培训,并为职业防护的实现提供客观支持,进一步提高骨科护士的自我防护意识和防护能力。

Objective To study orthopedics nurse＇s occupation protection construction, and improve the orthopedics nurse＇s protection work for clinical study on providing the theory basis. Methods Through using the questionnaire to carry on the investigation to our 23 nurses of orthopedics, and to find nurse the occupation protection the reason and nurse the occupation protection knowledge origin carries on the discussion. Results The occupation protection consciousness of orthopedics nurse is very high （protection knowledge knowing rate to reach above 90% to account for 21 persons, 91.30% ）, but protects the behav- ior to be not good （protection behavior to reach above 90% to account for 19 persons, 82. 61% ） ; The influence occupation protection＇s reason may divide into subjective and the objective two aspects, but orthopedics nurse＇s occupation protection education lacks the systematic characteristic. Conclusion Strengthen to orthopedics nurse＇s system＇s occupation protection training, and realizes for the occupation protection provides the objective support, further sharpens orthopedics nurse＇s self-protection capability.
