摘要
设计了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的无刷直流电动机控制系统,该系统采用CPLD作为核心器件,极大减少了分离元件的使用。利用硬件描述语言VHDL,通过设计在片内的代码实现电机换相控制,因此具有极大的灵活性、扩展性和稳定性。文章就系统设计思想进行了详细的阐述,并给出了相应的硬件电路和程序流程图。经过调试验证了该设计方案的可行性,电路结构紧凑,具有较好的工程应用价值。
This paper designed a BLDCM control system based on CPLD. As the core of the system,CPLD implemented the most functions, it greatly reduced the number of separation components using. The motor control is achieved by logic codes that writhen on chip circuit by means of VHDL language, so the distinctive advantages of the system were flexible, expandable and stable. This paper described the idea of the system design and gave the appropriate hardware circuits and software flow charts. The test result shows that the design is simple and the system is compact, practical and valuable.
