摘要 针对数控机床运行状态的远程监测和故障诊断的需要,研究和建立了基于INTERNET的数控机床运行状态远程监测和故障诊断系统。探讨了该系统主要功能及实现方法,对实现过程中的关键技术进行了较详细的分析。 According to the requirement of CNC machine tool remote monitoring and tault diagnosis, established the internet-based remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for CNC machine tool. Discussed the main functions and the realization methods of the system, the key technologies of the implementation process of the system were analysed for detailed.
