摘要
抽油杆柱底端的示功图(泵功图)作为抽油杆柱动态特性计算分析的边界条件具有十分重要的价值。由于定向井的实际井眼轨迹的复杂性、动液面的不准确性及流体的多相性等的综合影响,造成目前广泛使用的理论计算公式有较大的局限性。通过长庆油田小井眼井的实测数据,分析了动态参数的变化规律,并利用实测结果分析了抽油杆柱扶正器对载荷、压力的影响规律。结果表明,现有的经验公式计算结果与实测结果有较大差异,扶正装置的存在对抽油杆柱底端的载荷影响很小。
The down-hole dynamometer cards of sucker rod was very valuable as the bottom boundary for dynamic characteristic calculation and analysis of sucker rod.At present,because of the effect of complexity of actual borehole trajectory,uncertainty of dynamic fluid level and heterogeneity of fluid modelthere,the theoretical formula of sucker rod bottom load calculating has great limitation.In this paper,the variation laws of dynamic parameters were analyzed according to the actual measured data of slim-hole directional well,and the effects of centralizers on load and pressure of sucker rod were also analyzed.The comparison results showed that there are great differences between measured data and theoretical formula calculation.The down-hole dynamometer cards were affected little by centralizers.
