摘要
由于斜井井眼轨迹具有特殊性,常规Y341堵水封隔器在斜井井眼轨迹里下入时可能损坏封隔器密封件胶筒,最终造成堵水工艺失败,其次是多数封隔器直接采用上提管柱方式解封,由于是斜井管柱与井壁摩擦力大,造成解封困难,见于上述存在问题,设计了XJY341-110斜井堵水封隔器,它主要由坐封机构、锁紧解封机构、平衡保护机构、扶正机构等组成。文章阐述了该封隔器的主要结构设计、工作原理、封隔器的特点。现场应用表明,该封隔器有工艺成功率高,封堵效果好,易于解封等优点。
As the trajectory of deviated well has the particularity,the sealing rubber tube of conventional Y341 plugging packer may be damaged in inclined well,eventually causing failure of water plugging process.Secondly,because the column jacket of the majority of packers was pulled up directly to unseal,it has large friction existent between inclined column and borehole wall,the plugging removal is difficult.In view of the above problems,the XJY341-110 water shotoff packer was design for inclined well.The XJY341-110 water shotoff packer consists of the setting mechanism,locking unseal mechanism,balance protection mechanism and centralizer.This paper introduced the main structural design,working principle and the characteristics of the packer.Field application showed that the XJY341-110 water shotoff packer had higher operation success rate,better blocking effect and easy to unseal and so on.
