外固定支架治疗锁骨中1/3不稳定性骨折的临床研究

Clinical research of treatment for unstable middle 1/3 of clavicular fractures by external fixation

目的探讨应用单边外固定支架(Orthofix)治疗锁骨中1/3不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法 2004年5月至2006年11月采用单边外固定支架治疗锁骨中1/3不稳定性骨折11例,全为闭合性骨折,均为中青年。结果随访3～12个月,本组骨折全部临床愈合,骨折平均愈合时间3.5个月,治疗结果按照Neer肩关节功能评定标准:优7例,满意4例,未发现骨折不愈合,针孔浅表感染者经换药愈合。结论单边外固定支架治疗锁骨中1/3不稳定性骨折操作简单,微创,固定可靠,可早期功能锻炼,局部骨膜损伤小,利于骨折愈合,疗效满意。

Objective To compare the curative effect of unstable midshaft clavicular fractures with external fixation.Methods From May 2004 to November 2006,11 cases of unstable midshaft clavicular fractures were treated with external fixator（Orthofix modulsystem）.All the cases were closed fractures in young or middle-aged people.Results All the cases were followed up for 3-12 months.Fracture healing rate was 100%,the average healing time was 3.5 months.Neer standard was adopted to evaluate the patients function after the operation.There were excellent results in 7 cases,good results in 4 cases.There was no nonunion in all cases.Superficial infection of needle was healed by dressing.Conclusion External fixation for the treatment of unstable middle 1/3 of clavicular fractures is characterized by little wound,firm fixation and early movement of joint.It is an effective method to cure clavicular fracture.
