刺槐花香气成分对人体脑波及主观评价的影响 被引量:15

摘要 使用HAPSITE便携式气质联用仪,分析新鲜刺槐花天然香气成分,并通过脑波测定与主观评价相结合的方法,从芳香心理学角度评价刺槐花香的综合效应。结果显示,刺槐花释放的VOCs中萜烯类化合物占80.65%,其中3-蒈稀含量最大,而脂肪族化合物和芳香族化合物含量较少,香气成分能够显著增强α波的脑电能量,使主观测评TMD值下降,对人们具有缓解压力的心理调节作用。 Natural aromatic components which released from fresh flowers of Robinia pseudoacacia were analyzed by HAPSITE portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The comprehensive effects of the flower on human electroencephalogram were estimated by combining EEG and subjective evaluation with the view of aromatic psychology. The results showed that the contents of terpenes accounted for 80.65% in all volatile components(VOCs), of which 3-carene was the dominant one. The aliphatic compounds and aromatic compounds were less. The total alphal power increased significantly, while the subjective score (TMD) remarkably decreased during the stage of smelling aromas. Furthermore, aromatic components in the flower played the roles of pressure-relieving to the strained people.
