33个三色堇品种遗传差异的初步分析 被引量:8

摘要 对试验调查的33个三色堇品种的9个重要农艺性状,研究各品种间的遗传差异,并采用欧氏距离和UPGMA法,对33个品种进行了聚类。结果表明,33个三色堇品种间的平均遗传距离为3.611,08-H2与09-C13之间遗传距离最大,为9.404,08-C2与09-C3之间遗传距离最小,为0.244;33个品种可被聚为4类,其中08-H2单独为一类,08-H5和09-H5聚为一类,09-C1单独聚为一类,其余品种聚为一类。聚类结果与品种地理来源基本吻合。 9 important characters of 33 pansy cultivars were investigated in this article. Based on 8 quantity characters of 9 investigated characters, 33 pansy cultivars were clustered and the genetic differences among them were analyzed, adopting Euclidean genetic distance and the UPGMA method. The result indicated that: the average genetic distance among 33 pansy cultivars was 3. 611, the biggest distance was 9. 404 which between 08--H2 and 09-C13, and the smallest distance was 0. 244 which between 08-C2 and 09- C3 33 pansy cultivars were clustered into 4 groups, one group included 08-H5 and 09-C3, one group included only 09-C1, one group included only 08-H2, other 29 cultivars were clustered into another group. The clustering was accordant with the origins of the cultivars on the whole.
