摘要
对4个种源的柔枝松1 a生容器苗进行了基质筛选和年生长规律的研究。结果表明,1 a生柔枝松容器苗在60~90 d时地径和苗高生长同步,90~180 d时,地径和苗高生长不同步,即苗高生长最大时,地径生长缓慢;反之亦然。基质对柔枝松容器苗生长的影响大于种源,在以泥炭为主的基质上生长较好,其中以M2号基质的表现最佳。M2号基质4个种源的苗高生长经Logistic生长曲线拟合后,发现1 a生容器苗的苗高生长主要来自种子萌发时地径至子叶处的茎段,子叶以上的部分生长非常缓慢。地径、苗高与生物量间呈线性回归,且地径的贡献率较大。通过聚类分析可将16个处理分为三类,发现聚类结果与基质的组成和不同处理的容器苗生长表现一致。
Substrate selection and annual growth dynamics of one-year Pinus flexilis container seedlings from four provenances were studied. It was found that the prosperous growth period of diameter at root collar and height was synchronous during 60-90 d, after that it was asynchronous, which indicated that root grow slowly during the period of shoot growth and vice versa. Substrate had a greater effect than provenance on the growth of container seedlings, and they had a better growth in the substrates which were mainly composed by peat, especially in the M2 substrate. The height growth of container seedlings of four provenances grown in the M2 substrate could be simulated by the Logistic growth curve, the height of one-year seedlings were mainly from the elongation of the segment between root collar and cotyledon during germination period, the segment above cotyledon grew very slowly. The relationship of diameter at root collar, height and biomass of seedlings was in linear regression, and the diameter at root collar had a more important contribution. Sixteen treatments were classified into three groups through cluster analysis, from which, it was found that the results were consistent with the substrate composition and the growth performance of different treatments of container seedlings.
