藤稔与红地球葡萄嫁接苗特性观察 被引量:5

摘要 以贝达、巨峰、LN33、520A、少毛变叶葡萄191(LDP-191)和少毛变叶葡萄294(LDP-294)为砧木,以藤稔、红地球为接穗;通过观察测定多种嫁接组合品种的伤流液情况、枝条萌芽率、叶面积、果实生长量,分析比较嫁接对葡萄的影响。结果表明:以少毛变叶191为砧木藤稔葡萄嫁接苗、少毛变叶294为砧木红地球葡萄嫁接苗的伤流液数量、枝条萌芽率、叶面积和果实生长量分别显著高于藤稔、红地球自根苗,对葡萄生长有明显的促进作用;以贝达、巨峰、LN33、520A为砧木的其它砧-穗组合,多方面的影响均不显著,巨峰和520A两砧木出现叶片黄化、萌芽率低,影响植株生长。 Scions of 'Fujiminori' and'Red Globe' were grafted on different rootstocks, such as 'LDP191' (Vitispiasezkii Maxim. var. pagnucii), ' LDP294' (Vitispiasezkii maxin, var. pagnucii), ' Beida' (Fibsriparia)and' 520A ' (Vitis berlandieri x Vitis riparia ) , 'LN33' (Vitisrupestris), and 'Kyoho'. Effects of different stock varieties on the graft were investigated by observing the indices such as bleeding, rate of branch sprouting, leaf area, and fruit growth quantity. The results showed all the indices mentioned above for the seedlings from grafting: 'Fujiminori' and 'Red Grape' grafted on the 'LDP191' and 'LDP294 rootstock, were higher than those of own rooted vine, indicating the promotion effect of graft. No significant differences were found between other combinations of graft and ownrooted vine. Etiolation, lower sprouting rate occurred in the seedling grafted from 'Kyoho' and '520A'.
