板栗内生真菌的分离及其鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Castanea mollissima

以研究板栗内生真菌的分布特性为目的,采用组织分离法,从板栗(Castanea mollissima)的叶、叶柄、茎韧皮部、茎木质部得到69株内生真菌,并利用直接调取制片法和裁片培养法,鉴定为14个属,其中叶部32株涉及8个属,叶柄11株涉及4个属,茎韧皮部25株涉及10个属,茎木质部1株涉及1个属。鉴定结果表明:板栗的不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及其组成存有明显差异性。为板栗的病虫害防治的进一步研究提供了一定的理论基础,具有一定的参考意义。

Sixty-nine strains of endophytic-fungi, belonging to 14 genus were isolated and morphologically identified from the leaves, leafstalks, and stems of Castanea mollissima for the first time. Thirty two strains of 8 genera were isolated in leaves, 11 strains of 4 genera in leafstalks, and 25 strains of 10 genera in stems. The identification results of the endophytic fungi showed that the quantity, species and distribution of endophytic fungi were obviously difference in different parts of C. mollissima. It provides a basic reference for preventing chestnut from diseases and insect pests.
