3种溶剂提取油松虫害球果萜类成分研究

摘要 在松果梢斑螟幼虫转移危害期,采用3种微量溶剂浸提法和GC-MS分析,研究了油松虫害球果的萜类成分。结果表明,二氯甲烷浸提法共得到22种成分,叔丁基甲基醚浸提共得到23种成分,叔丁基甲基醚浸提—甲酯化共得到26种成分。3种溶剂提取得到的单萜和倍半萜成分基本一致,双萜成分差异较大。叔丁基甲基醚对单萜和倍半萜的提取量最大,而叔丁基甲基醚浸提—甲酯化对双萜的提取量最大,并且提取的双萜成分也最多。 Three kinds of solvents were used to carry out microextraction of the injuried cones of Pinus tabulaeformis, during the damaging period of the ovewrinter larvae of Dioryctria pryeri. The extracts from three solvents were analyzed by GC-MS to determine terpenoid compounds. Twenty two terpenes were identified from dichloromethane extract, 23 from tert-butyl methyl ether (TBME) extract, and 26 in methylation products of TBME extracts. There were substantially identical components of monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes in three extracts, but significant difference in diterpene components. The contents of monterpenes and sesquiterpenes were higher in TBME extract, while diterpenes and components were higher in methylation of TBME extract.
