浅谈国产针刺机的开发现状及发展趋势

Brief discussion on status and tendency of research and development on needle-punching machine in China

阐述了国产针刺机的开发过程、技术现状和发展趋势;介绍了新型中速针刺机和新型主轴箱式高速针刺机的传动机构及其性能;指出单体小主轴箱是未来主轴箱式针刺机的发展方向,无箱齿轮摇杆式针刺机的主轴传动系统的设计将会应用到椭圆轨迹针刺机中。

The research process and development tendency as well as technique situation of home-made needle- punching machines were introduced. The transmission system and performance of new medium-speed needle-punching machine and new main axle box-type of high speed needle-punching machine were presented. It was pointed out that individual small main axle box-type of needle-punching machine would be development tendency of main axle box-type of needle-punching machine in the future, and the design on main axle transmission system of non-box gear rocking bar type of needle-punching ma- chine would be applied to the elliptical path needle-punching machine.
