摘要
对10名跳远专项二级运动员8周系统的振动力量训练研究表明:在刺激频率为30~35Hz、加速度25~30m/s。条件下,实验组(Ⅰ组)和对照组(Ⅱ组)髋、膝、踝关节的伸屈肌群最大功都有不同程度提高,其中Ⅰ组髋关节伸屈肌、膝、踝关节的屈肌最大功增长幅度比Ⅱ组大,屈肌最大功增长幅度比伸肌大,而且屈肌的最大功要比实验前呈现显著性增长;Ⅰ组髋关节伸屈肌、膝关节屈肌、踝关节伸肌相对峰力矩的增值幅度比Ⅱ组大,而髋、膝、踝三个关节屈肌相对峰力矩增长幅度相对较小。髋、膝、踝关节肌力增长情况表明:髋关节前4周增长幅度较低,后4周增长幅度较高,呈现出明显的“先低后高”变化特征;而膝、踝关节前4周增长幅度较高,后4周提高幅度降低,呈现出明显的“先高后低”变化特征。
After 8 weeks of the 10 long jump athletes special two vibration strength training,it shows that: In the stimulus frequency 30 - 35Hz, acceleration under the conditions of 25 - 30 m/s2, Ⅰ , Ⅱ group of hip, knee, ankle flexion and extension muscle power in varying degrees the largest increase, of which, Ⅰ group of hip extensor flexor, knee, ankle flexor maximum growth rate of power are larger than that in group Ⅱ , the growth rate than the maximum work flexor extensor large, and the flexor than in the maximum power before the experiment showed a significant growth. Group I hip extensor, knee flexor, ankle extensor peak torque of the value of the relative magnitude are larger than that in group Ⅱ , while the hip, knee, ankle joint flexor relative peak torque three growth rate is relatively small. Hip, knee, ankle muscle growth in that : the hip is mainly to improve a lesser extent in the previous four weeks, after 4 weeks increased by a big margin, showing a clear "after the first low -high" variation; while knee and ankle joint major the performance of the previous four weeks increased rate of higher margin of increase lower after four weeks, showing a significant " first from high to low" variation.
