RP-HPLC法测定景天祛斑片中红景天苷的含量

Analysis on Salidroside in Jingtianquban Tablet by RP-HPLC

以甲醇为溶剂，超声提取景天祛斑片中红景天苷，提取液经氧化铝柱纯化后，采用RP-HPLC法测定红景天苷的含量．实验结果显示，红景天苷在0．1280～3．196峭范围内呈现良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．21％（n=5），变异系数小于1．33％．该方法准确、灵敏、简便，可用于景天祛斑片中红景天苷的含量测定．

To establish the analytical method of salidroside in Jingtianquban tablet. Salidroside was extracted by Ultrasonic Wave with CH3OH as solvent,and was purified by Al2O3. The content of salidroside was determined by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic method was carried out on DiamonsilTMC18 column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm） using CH3OH-phosphate （15 ： 85）as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 222 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The linear ranges were 0. 1280 - 3. 196 μg for salidroside with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9 and the regression equation being Y = 1 115 620X ＋7 226 ,and the average recovery of the method is 98.21% （ n =5） and the RSD was less than 1.33%. The method is accurate,sensitive and simple,can be used to determine Salidroside in Jingtianquban tablet.
