摘要
采用电渗析法脱除模拟生物柴油工艺废水中的无机盐(硫酸钾),研究了电渗析过程因素对脱盐效果的影响,讨论了甘油的存在对电渗析脱盐工艺的影响.论文对电渗析浓缩回收生物柴油工艺废水中硫酸钾可能性进行了探讨,同时估算了电渗析处理模拟废水的耗电量及脱盐的运行成本.实验结果表明,采用电渗析法能够有效地脱除模拟生物柴油工艺废水中的硫酸钾;增加物料流量,对脱盐效果基本没有影响,但可以减少耗电量;少量的可溶性有机物甘油对脱盐效率没有产生明显影响.分析结果表明该法浓缩回收硫酸钾溶液在技术上是可行的;电渗析处理模拟的生物柴油工艺废水能耗在0.40~2.76 kW.h/m3之间,成本为0.35~2.07元/m3.
Elimination of potassium sulfate from simulated biodiesel (BD) wastewater by electrodialysis fED) was experimentally studied. To optimize the operation parameters, the effect of process condition as well as the existence of small amount of glycerol on the removal efficiency of salt was investigated systematically. Whether potassium sulfate in wastewater could be concentrated by ED was discussed. The power consumption and running cost for BD wastewater treatment were estimated. The result shows that potassium sulfate existing in wastewater can be effectively removed by ED. Desalination efficiency is almost the same when the flow is increased and thus less electricity is consumed. And it is technically feasible that potassium sulfate solution is concentrated by ED. Moreover, no obvious influence of glycerol on the potassium sulfate removing efficiency was observed. In addition, the cost of wastewater treatment is about 0. 35-2.07 yuan/m^3.
