摘要
研究了5种不同形态的稀土元素对黑曲霉Co827产柠檬酸的影响。结果表明,在发酵培养基中添加混合稀土(北方矿)、混合稀土(南方矿)、La3+、Ce4+使其浓度分别达到2.0、0.5、10、20mg/L时能提高产酸水平,而Nd3+对发酵产酸的促进效果不明显。当任何一种稀土过量时都对产酸有抑制效应。
Effects of five kinds of rare earth elements on citric acid fermentation were studied.The results indicated that citric acid fermentation level was improved when the fermentation medium contained 2.0 mg/L of compound rare earth(from north of china),0.5 mg/L of compound rare earth(from south of china),10 mg/L of La3+,20 mg/L of Ce4+ respectively.However,Nd3+ had no evidently good effects on citric acid fermentation.
