摘要
GA55-7.5型螺杆式空压机是压缩干燥一体机型内置冷干机,但由于受环境等因素影响,冷干机换热器容易出现漏氟现象,且查找漏点困难。提供了一种利用外置式换热器替代的成功案例,对于维修同类型设备有一定的参考价值。
GA 55-7.5 screw air compressor is compression and drying all-in-one internal lyophilizer,but fluorine leakage of heat exchanger arises easily due to the environment influence and it＇s difficult to find the leak source.This article provides one successful case of replace by external heat exchanger,and it has certain reference value to maintenance of the same type.
