Discussions on energy saving in Packaging Industry

在对包装企业中能耗较大的瓦楞纸板生产线进行简单介绍的基础上,通过实际调研,讨论和分析了纸箱生产过程中的两种节能方式:蒸汽和凝结水回收,预热器滚筒保温。进一步验证了蒸汽和凝结水回收节能量较大,预热器滚筒保温的节能能力虽然较小,但预热缸保温的投资小,回收成本较快。

Based on a brief introduction of corrugated board production line,which is the most energy consumption part in packaging industry,two techniques of energy saving in corrugated board production are discussed and analyzed through the field investigation:recycling of steam and condensed water,and thermal insulation of preheat platen.It is further verified that recycling of steam and condensate water is a widely used technique of energy-saving way at present and has a relatively large capability of energy saving.Though the insulation of preheat platen method has smaller capability of energy saving,its investment is smaller and the cost can be recovered sooner,therefore,it is also an effective measures worth to be considered.
