MMP-2、NM23在非小细胞肺癌组织和癌旁组织中表达及其临床意义

The Expression and Its Clinical Significance of MMP-2 and NM23 in the Tissues from Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and the Paracancerous Tissues

目的研究MMP-2、NM23在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化方法 ,检测57例NSCLC患者经手术切除肺癌组织、15例肺癌组织周围淋巴结及15例癌旁组织(患者术前均未行化疗及放疗)中MMP-2、NM23的表达。结果 57例非小细胞肺癌组织中,MMP-2阳性表达29例,占50.8%。NM23阳性表达30例,占52.6%。MMP-2、NM23表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤类型无关(P>0.05),MMP-2表达与肿瘤病理分级有关(P<0.05),NM23阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关,MMP-2阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论 MMP-2、NM23均参与非小细胞肺癌的发生发展过程,并且可能对肺癌转移有促进作用。MMP-2、NM23检测可能作为判断肿瘤转移及预后的指标。

Objective To evaluate the expression and its clinical significance of MMP-2 and NM23 in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods The expression of MMP-2 and NM23 was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results Positive expression of MMP-2 in NSCLC tissues was observed in 29 of the 57（50.8%）and positive expression of NM23 was detected in 30 of 57（52.6%）,respectively.MMP-2 and NM23 expression in NSCLC were not associated with patient＇s age,gender and pathologic classification（P0.05）.The expression of MMP-2 in NSCLC was associated with clinical and pathologic staging（P0.05）,while MMP-2 expression was negatively correlated with the node metastasis.Conclusion MMP-2 and NM23 both might be involved in the oncogenesis,development of non-small-cell lung cancer.Combined detection of MMP-2 and NM23 may be useful in the evaluation of the metastasis and prognosis of the patients.
