摘要 用圆柱试样单轴压缩方法研究了35CrN i3MoV钢的热变形行为。根据试验结果,应用热变形方程式回归出了动态再结晶参数。在综合考虑动态再结晶以及热变形本构方程理论的基础上,建立了分段式动态再结晶本构方程,方程参数包括峰值应力、峰值应变、稳态应力和曲线形状表征参数。所建立的本构方程预测出的35CrN i3MoV钢高温应力应变曲线与试验结果符合。 The hot deformation behavior of 35CrNi3MoV steel was investigated using uniaxial compression tests of cylindrical specimens.Based on experimental data,the dynamic recrystallization parameters were regressed by the hot deformation equation.A piecewise form of dynamic recrystallization constitutive equation was proposed according to the consideration of dynamic recrystallization phenomena and theories of the hot deformation constitutive equation.The parameters of the constitutive equation include the peak stress,the peak strain,the steady state stress and a characteristic parameter of curve shape.The stress-strain curves predicted by the proposed constitutive equation are in good agreement with experimental results.
