摘要
根据大锻件企业精益生产、节能降耗的发展需要,分析研究了光轴类大锻件锻造余量及其标准,提出了改进设计锻造余量及其标准的方法,还给出了锻造余量参数化方法及其实例,探讨了未来企业锻造余量标准的发展趋势。
Based the requirement of Lean Production and saving for heavy forging manufactures,the tolerance and its standard of uniform shaft heavy forgings are studied in this paper.The method of improving the tolerance design and the method of formulating the tolerance with examples are given.The future developing tendency for forging tolerance standard is also discussed.
