摘要
用0(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%和1.0%溶液分别对15个苜蓿品种种子进行处理,通过发芽势、发芽率、幼根长和幼苗高对各品种种子萌发期耐盐性进行了研究,其品种间存在显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结果表明:用0.6%,0.8%或1.0%NaCl溶液进行苜蓿种子萌发期耐盐性鉴定较为合理。1.0%NaCl溶液处理苜蓿种子,其幼根长及其幼苗高可作为苜蓿品种种子耐盐性鉴定的指标。对15个苜蓿品种种子的发芽率、幼根长、幼苗高、半致死浓度和耐盐极限浓度5个鉴定指标进行综合分析,结果表明:宁苜1号、龙牧801号、WL-525耐盐性最强,其次是龙牧803号,耐盐性最弱的为MagnumV-wet。
Salt to tolerance of 15 alfalfa varieties in geminating period was studied by measuring the germinating energy,germination rate,seedling height and root length under the treatments with 0(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1.0% NaCl solution.There were significant differences in characteristics of growth and development(P0.05,P0.01).The results showed that 0.6%,0.8% and 1.0% NaCl solutions were appropriate to identify the salt tolerance of alfalfa in geminating period.The root length and seedling height were regarded as two adaptive salt-tolerant indexes under the treatment with 1.0% NaCl solution.By comprehensive analysis of germinating energy,seedling height,root length,medial lethal dose and medial lethal dose,the result showed that salt tolerance degrees of 15 alfalfa varieties were:'Ningxia No.1','Longmu No.801' and'WL-525'were strong,'Longmu No.803'was medium,and MagnumV-wet was weak.
