弹性弹体侵彻混凝土靶板的过载特性研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究了弹性弹体侵彻半无限混凝土靶板的冲击过载特性,利用泰勒级数将弹体两个侵彻阶段的阻力表示为一个函数并考虑应力波的影响,提出了简化的侵彻方程。对边界条件进行齐次化,介绍了求解弹体加速度历程的分离变量算法。尖形弹丸垂直侵彻混凝土靶板试验和Sandia实验室的侵彻过载试验数据与计算结果对比,显示两者一致性较好。分析了弹体内不同位置的过载波动特性,为侵彻用火工品和小型装药的过载安定性和可靠性评估提供了理论参考和分析方法。 The deceleration characteristic of projectiles penetrating a semi-infinite concrete target was studied.A simplified penetration model taking stress waves effect and oscillation of projectile into account was presented,in which the drag force of the projectile with two-stage penetration was expressed as a function by using Taylor series method.The penetration acceleration time history was obtained by adopting separation of variables after homogenizing boundary conditions.The normal penetration of a sharp head projectile into a concrete target was tested.Results from the penetration model were agree with those of tests and the Sandia Laboratory penetration experiment data.The deceleration fluctuation characteristics in different positions of the projectile were analyzed.Theoretic reference and analytical method were provided for the safety and reliability evaluation of hard target penetration initiation devices and small mass charges.
