摘要
为研究油阻尼特性从而实现非线性油阻尼振冲隔离器的自主设计及优化,运用理论建模与实验建模相结合的方法,通过大量科学实验和合理的数据处理,根据数据处理所得数据及显示的图形结果进行油阻尼特性的非线性分析与建模,提出了用于小型电子设备的振冲隔离器的油阻尼特性模型,并进行了部分参数识别。由于体积小,在忽略位移影响的情况下,油阻尼特性模型是按频率分区的,按速度分段的。实验证明,所建模型计算结果比传统线性理论模型计算结果更接近实验数据。
In order to study oil damping characteristics for designing and optimizing a nonlinear oil damping isolator of shock and vibration.Theoretic modeling and experimental modeling were combined.The oil damping characteristics model was proposed based on test data and appropriate data processing.Some of its parameters were identified.Here,displacement effect was ignored due to small volume.The oil damping characteristics model was zoned in terms of frequency and segmented in terms of velocity.The tests showed that the calculation results from the proposed model are closer to test data than those from the traditional linear theoretic model.
