摘要
通过某牵引拖挂装车式陆用火控雷达跑车试验,进行振动数据采集分析和处理得到垂直、纵向、横向三个方向的振动加速度功率谱密度曲线,将之与美军标MIL.STD.810E与国军标GJB 150中振动试验加速度谱密度曲线进行比较,和工程实践对照,拓展形成一组更加符合实际条件且能在试验室再现的功率谱密度曲线,并推荐将这组曲线作为陆用拖车载设备的振动试验条件.
Through the running-in test of a certain land towed vehicle-borne fire control radar and the vibration data acquisition, analysis and processing, the vibration acceleration power spectral density curves in vertical, longitudinal and transversal directions are obtained, Compared with the vibration test acceleration spectral density curves in US military standard MIL. STD. 810E and China national military standard GJB 150 and checked against the engineering practice, a set of power spectral density curves that more meet the practical conditions and can be reproduced in laboratory are devesoped and recommended for the vibration test conditions for the land towed vehicle-borne equipment.
