摘要
目的:开发可用于图像分割,配准以及可视化的图像处理系统。方法:在C#环境中应用ManagedITK、VTK.NET进行联合开发。结果:以一组头部CT数据为例,应用该系统将头部CT数据读入并显示,然后对数据进行体分割,最后对分割结果进行了三维重建以及重建结果的三视图显示。结论:该图像处理系统包含了大量分割、配准以及可视化算法,可以胜任常见图像处理需求。
Objective To develop a medical image processing system for segmentation, registration and visualization. Methods ManagedITK and VTK.NET were integrated into C# environment. Results Taking a group of brain CT data for example, the system was used to read and display the data firstly, to segment the data then and take a 3D reconstruction of the segmented data and give a three view map of the reconstruction results at last. Conclusion The system including many algorithms of segmentation, registration and visualization can be used to perform normal image processing efficiently.
