摘要
目的:研制一种新型的生理参数监测系统,具备较好的移动性、舒适性以及可扩展性。方法:使用可穿戴技术实现基本生理信号的低负荷获取,使用蓝牙实现生理数据短距离无线传输,使用内嵌WindowsMobile操作系统的智能手机实现生理数据的接收、处理、存储以及远程传输。结果:基于智能手机的穿戴式移动监测系统可实现心电、呼吸、体温以及体位/体动等多项基本生理参数的低负荷获取,具有较好的人机交互界面和移动监护特性,可扩展性强。结论:智能手机可作为一个理想的家庭医疗系统开发平台,具有可扩展性强、开发便捷等特点,基于智能手机和蓝牙技术的穿戴式移动监测系统将在未来的健康护理中发挥重要作用。
Objective To develop a new type of physiological monitoring system with excellent user comfort, mobility and flexibility.Methods The prototype system of Bluetooth and smartphone-based ambulatory monitoring system was developed. A T-shirt with sensors integrated in to acquire the physiological parameters was used for non-intrusively monitoring. Results A number of physiological parameters such as ECG, respiration, body temperature and posture/activities could be monitored comfortably through this smartphoue-based wearable system. Concluksion The smartphone has potential to become a technology platform for a wearable healtheare monitoring system.
