二次脑损伤监测系统的设计研究

摘要 目的:设计并开发二次脑损伤监测系统,为一线战场环境下快速诊断二次脑损伤患者伤情提供新的技术手段。方法:利用现代医用传感器技术,实现患者二次脑损伤参数的采集和显示;以VC和SQL数据库为平台,结合ActiveX控件及人工神经网络技术,实现伤情的连续监测、自动分级、综合评分,并在数据库中匹配对应的治疗方案。结果:该监测系统使用方便、小型便携,具有良好的兼容和扩展性。结论:该系统有望应用于野战颅脑损伤病情的监测,有效降低二次脑损伤的发病率,提高伤员救治率。 Objective To develop a Second Brain Injury (SBI)monitoring equipment which aims to obtain a rapid diagnosis for the state of SBI in battlefield. Methods By using modern medical sensors, the system was designed to realize the collection and display of SBI parameters. With computer's ActiveX control and artificial neural networks based on VC and SQL database, it could realize continuous monitoring of the state of SBt, automatic grading of the SBI parameters and matching of the proper Rx in database. Results The monitoring equipment had the advantages of convenience and portability, compatibility. Conclusion This scheme can be applied to the rapid SBI monitoring in battlefield, which can reduce the incidence of SBI and increase the curative rate.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 (5) :14-16]
