摘要
目的:对口腔修复体疲劳寿命测试机的循环频率、咬合力进行合理标定。方法:应用动态电阻应变仪和应变片,对口腔修复体疲劳寿命测试机的循环频率、咬合力进行了测量和调整。结果:当调速仪指针对准800r/min,电机的实际转速为900r/min(15Hz),所加载荷与应变片输出电压成正相关关系,咬合力估算方法为:咬合力≈(电压差+11.884)/61.842。结论:该测试机可以很好地模拟口腔内牙齿的咬合力的大小和运动频率。
Objective To calibrate the cyclic frequency and bite force of prostheses fatigue life testing machine. Methods Using dynamical strain gauge, the cyclic frequency and bite force of prostheses fatigue life testing machine were calibrated. Results The real rotate speed of the instrument was 900 rev/min when the velometer indicated 800 rev/min. The output voltage was positively correlated with the load. The bite force could be estimated by the formula: (voltage difference + 11.884)/61.842. Conclusion The testing machine can simulate the force and frequency of occlusion well.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 (5) :54-55]
