加强医疗方舱管理,提升装备保障效能

Strengthening Medical Shelter Management to Upgrade Equipment Support Efficacy

针对新型医疗方舱的主要特点,从积极构建适应要求的医疗方舱管理平台、全面构建平战结合的医疗方舱管理模式、努力构建训管一致的医疗方舱管理运行机制等5个方面,提出了新型医疗方舱操作、使用、维护、保养、保管等一系列相应的管理措施,以实现医疗方舱100%的配套率、完好率,提高装备管理效能,发挥装备最大效能。

Based on the main characteristics of the new medical shelter, a series of management measures are put forward for its operation, usage, maintenance and inventory from the aspects of qualified management platform, management mode satisfying military and civilian requirements, management mechanism combining training and management, and so on. Then, mating rate, intact rate of the medical shelter are all increased to 100%, and the equipment management efficacy is enhaneed.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010, 31 （5） ： 78-79]
