摘要
利用超声波辅助萃取法对未前处理和已前处理纯棉坯布进行了汗液萃取,用原子吸收光谱法测出滤液的游离铜含量。实验表明,传统萃取法要60min萃取时间,而本方法只需20~30min,大大节省了时间,提高了效率。
Using ultrasonic extraction,the not or preparatory processes cotton textile in sweat fluid were extracted.The content of free copper in the filtrate was tested by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(AAS).The result showed that the tradition extraction need about 60min,but only 20~30min by ultrasonic extraction.The analysis time was saved and the efficiency would be improved greatly.
