摘要
采用自制的固体碱催化剂KF/Al2O3-MgO催化柠檬醛与丙酮的缩合反应,成功合成了假性紫罗兰酮,柠檬醛转化率达到99%,假性紫罗兰酮得率最高达到85%,同时利用正交试验确定出了反应的最佳条件。
Pseudoionone was synthesized over supported solid base catalysts KF/Al2O3-MgO via the condensation reaction of citral and acetone.The conversion rate of citral reached 99%,the yield of pseudoionone was up to 85%,and the best conditions for the reaction were determined using orthogonal test.
