摘要 利用硝酸-高氯酸消解对中成药进行前处理,以盐酸为测定介质,硫脲-抗坏血酸为预还原剂,硼氢化钾为还原剂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定砷含量。结果表明,砷含量在0~100ng.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),方法的检出限为0.21ng.mL-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~3.4%,回收率为96.8%~102.1%。 Arsenic in Chinese Patent Medicine was determined by the hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4,using hydrochloric acid as media,thiourea-ascorbic acid as pre-reducing agent,and potassium borohydride as reducing agent.The relationship between arsenic concentration and fluorescence intensity was linear in the range of 0~100ng·mL-1 and the correlation coefficient R was 0.9997.The detection limit was 0.21ng·mL-1,the relatively standard deviation was 0.8%~3.4% and the recovery rate was 96.8%~102.1%.
