Design of Drug Synthesis was an important professional course for pharmacy and engineering major,which had important meaning for the increase of students＇ profession ability.So,it was very necessary to probe into its teaching method and experience.The contents and characteristics of the design of drug synthesis were briefly summarized.In addition,the aspects including how to get a good teaching result and how to improve students＇ practice and innovation abilities were discussed according to the characteristics of this course.
