摘要
研究了电弧等离子条件下大同煤热解残渣的组成及特点。实验首先对煤进行热解,然后对作用不同时间的煤热解残渣进行元素分析和粒度分布分析,并用有机溶剂甲苯和二硫化碳对热解残渣采用索氏提取器抽提24h,将所得提取液采用紫外-可见光谱仪、红外光谱仪和气质联用仪等手段进行表征。结果表明:在等离子条件下作用时间最长的残渣,C/H原子比明显增加,可达7.7;粒径为10~25μm的占残渣的22.1%,25~80μm的占32%。紫外-可见光谱表明,残渣提取液在257nm出现C60特征吸收峰,在277nm处能产生很强的芳环吸收峰。红外吸收光谱表明,等离子条件下热解残渣提取液在1179cm-1也出现富勒烯C60特征吸收峰。而气-质联用分析表明,残渣提取液所含化合物主要为丁基羟基甲苯和邻苯二甲酸化合物。
Properties and compositions of the residues from pyrolyzing Datong coal by thermal plasma arc were studied. The residue obtained with different pyrolyzing time was analyzed by elementary analyzer and particle analyzer,and liquid produced by extracting the residue for 24 h in Soxhlet extractor with toluene and carbon bi-sulfide as solvent were also observed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-vis) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (IR). The results show that atomic ratio of C/H for the residue which experienced longest time in the reactor is 7. 7,its particle size of 10~25 μm accounts for 22. 1% and the particle size of 25~80 μm is 32%. The results from UV-vis and IR show that extracts contain C60;The main components of extracting liquid for residue,which is determined by GC-MS,are 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid and butylated hydroxytoluene.
