摘要
通过对引信寿命评估试验和高加速寿命试验(HALT)的特点进行分析,针对目前引信寿命试验的不足之处,提出了利用HALT中的有效信息来改进引信寿命评估的方法,例如:通过选择积极的加速因子和估算试验所需的时间来改进加速寿命试验,使之能够快速、精确地评估产品的寿命;在引信的研制过程中,当样本量较小时,可以利用改进的加速寿命试验来进行引信寿命的评估,使之能够快速地评估引信的中位寿命。
Through analyzing the life evaluating test and HALT of a fuze,a method for improving the life evaluation of a fuze by using the valid information from HALT was presented to overcome the shortcomings of current tests.For example,the accelerated life test can be improved by choosing the active acceleration factor and estimating the test time in order to enable the rapid and accurate life evaluation of the fuze.When the sample size is small in the development stage,the improved accelerated life test can be used to evaluate the middle life of the fuze quickly.
