摘要
盐酸法磷酸氢钙生产中,长期使用灰乳进行中和。在改用碳酸钙粉进行中和后,可得到粗大的晶体。同时存在碳酸钙粉消耗高、操作时间长、产品磷含量低的缺点。通过试验摸索,采用灰乳、碳酸钙粉搭配使用,分段中和,生产P>18%的磷酸氢钙的同时,钙浆消耗少,操作时间适中。
In the production of calcium hydrophosphate by hydrochloric acid process, lime cream has been utilized for the purpose of neutralization for long. Coarser product crystals can be obtained by using a substitute of calcium carbonate powder for neutralization, however, disadvantages of higher consumption of calcium car- bonate powder, longer process time and lower phosphate content in product exist. Through experiments, two stage neutralization process is adopted with lime cream and calcium carbonate powder separately to produce calcium hydrophosphate with P〉18%. This process has the advantages of proper process time and less lime consumption.
