摘要 食盐体制改革将至,体制改革将会引起盐行业的市场结构变化,寡头垄断的市场结构是一种均衡结构,不同的食盐企业需要通过对外部环境和内部资源进行分析来制定不同的发展战略以应对政策变化带来的风险,正确的战略定位有利于企业的生存和发展,有利于企业趁早采取行动成为市场领导者或及早转向以免投资受损,市场化风险要求食盐企业进行正确的发展战略定位。 Salt system reform is approaching.This reform will lead to structure change in salt market. Oligarch monopoly market structure is a mean structure. Different salt enterprises have to work out different strategies for development so as to cope with the risks caused by policy change through anaysis of outer envi- ronment and inner resourses. Correct strategic positioning helps the enterprise to survive and develop and facilitates the enterprise to take actions at an earlier date in order to become a leader in the market or divert so as to avoid investment loss. It is requested that a common salt enterprise should constitute a correct strategic positioning for development when risks in market are to be eliminated.
